- Shipping Locations
We currently ship our products within Tamil nadu/ chennai. If you are located outside this area, please contact our customer service team to discuss possible shipping arrangements.
- Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The following are estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over ₹1000 (if applicable)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the provided carrier’s website.
- Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
- International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working towards expanding our shipping destinations, so please check back in the future.
- Shipping Delays
While we aim to ensure timely delivery of your order, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, wrong address, customs delays, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
- Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at crunchyum.in@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier with your tracking number for assistance. If the issue is not resolved, please contact us, and we will assist you in locating your package or arranging a replacement.
- Incorrect Shipping Information
